Through trials and triumphs, I learned a valuable lesson - defending myself against negativity didn't strengthen me, but rather, it depleted my emotional well-being. This pivotal moment sparked a profound interest in the art of self-love and genuine fulfillment, regardless of external influences.

With my dedication and focus on spiritual and emotional wellness, I discovered the power of asking myself impactful questions. Utilizing journaling and mindfulness tools lit the way forward; leading me to unleash an unwavering sense of confidence from within. I found that true empowerment lies in trusting my own strength and capabilities and embracing the beauty of self-validation. From my roots in New Jersey to the Bay Area, California, I continue to push boundaries, always seeking opportunities for growth and personal evolution. As a Social and Emotional Facilitator for young girls, Miss Hollywood Ethnic World 2011, and a certified wellness and mindfulness coach, I've honed my passion for guiding others on their self-love journey.

The wisdom of Buddhism and current studies in Positive Psychology deepened my understanding of what it means to live a life filled with creativity, consciousness, and purpose. Meeting my life/business partner, Brittany, added even more sparkle to my story, and together, we stand as advocates for empowerment and self-expression. And, of course, my new crown as All World Beauties U.S. Royal Ambassador for 2023-2024 adds more sparkles and glam! Throughout this radiant journey, I've engaged in meaningful interactions, written inspiring stories, and led soul-nourishing meditation and workshops.
